Platform Engineering: The Cloud Native Way: Wednesday October 9 2024

I'm beyond thrilled to announce that StackGen is proudly sponsoring the upcoming KubeCrash Fall 2024 edition! This time, we’re diving deep into Platform Engineering—the cloud native way. Mark your calendars for Wednesday, October 9th, and join us for a day full of cutting-edge insights and actionable takeaways that are shaping the future of platform engineering in 2024.

Why KubeCrash Matters

Platform engineering has evolved tremendously over the past few years. Whether you're just getting started or looking to refine your practices, KubeCrash will equip you with everything you need to navigate this ever-changing landscape. We’ll be exploring new trends, debunking the hype, and sharing best practices for integrating the latest tools and technologies.

We’re not just here to talk and teach, but to give back to the community in meaningful ways. That’s why I’m especially proud that for every registration, $1 will be donated to Deaf Kids Code, an incredible organization empowering Deaf and hard-of-hearing children through coding education.

What to Expect from KubeCrash Fall 2024

Now in its sixth edition, KubeCrash is a female-led, open source conference created by the best minds in cloud native tech. We’ve teamed up with six fantastic companies to bring you crash courses that go beyond vendor pitches and get straight to the good stuff— end-user stories and hands-on learning.

How to Maintain Consistent and Standardize Cloud Native Infrastructure

StackGen VP of Product, Lauren Rother and Cesar Rodriguez, VP of Engineering, will give a talk that explores the process of auto-generating Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and seamlessly integrating it into ArgoCD for continuous deployment. Lauren Rother and Cesar Rodrgiez will discuss the importance of maintaining consistent and reproducible infrastructure environments and highlight tools and techniques that enable the automatic generation of IaC, reducing the manual effort and potential for errors. The focus will be on how these auto-generated configurations can be directly integrated with ArgoCD to ensure that infrastructure changes are automatically and consistently deployed across environments.
